I haven't had it froth up with either milk or water. With water it goes down very well and digests a lot quicker. I don't feel full or bloated after having it.

The taste is awesome! I look forward to drinking it.

I'm not shore if use have tried Horleys ICE if use did does it mix like that?

Since champion nutrition is a 50/50 mix is there any benifits compaired to a 100% WPI? as I have not tried 50/50 before and I thought that a 100 WPI would be better for after training and when you get up in the morning so your body gets in in faster.

WPI is a better protein there is no dought about that, the only draw back to WPI is that it froths up all the time.

What i really look for is the protein content per serve the higher the better Chocolate is 23gr per scoop Vanilla is 26gr per scoop so if you are really looking for high protein intake that is not far off where your WPI is than Vanilla is the go if you are looking for a great tasting protein powder that is as close to a Chocolate milkshake then go for the Choc.

Trust me it's one of the best out there

How much protein perserve for banana and cookies and cream?
