    Hi Nick,

I tried the Muscle Gauge WPI Chocolate sample you sent me with my last order and I can certainly give it a tick for taste when added just with water. Very nice and sort of creamy.

I'll try the vanilla one next!

    Cheers.........Raptor

Honestly i cannot do sampling right now but i wouldn't lie to you when i say for an Isolate the taste is great, not too strong and not too weak. Its a great product. Everyone who tried the Chocolate and Banana loved it so that should give some indication that the flavoring is great.

I have done a lot of sampling on this forum and will continue to do so but some times you need just try products for your self.

I 'll do some sampling again in probably Feb next year.

acejas mate I can only say that the choc peanut flavour will be ridiculously good if the banana flavour is anything to go by. I am definitely ordering one or the other, I just don't know which! I want both!

PB for someone who loved the banana should I just stick with it? Or will the choc peanut fill the void? I reckon the peanut one is more versatile (can mix with oats a bit tastier i reckon etc).

Thanks for the praise. Personally for me when it comes to cooking or mixing with oats i'd go the chocolate or chocolate peanut butter.

My two favorite flavours are the banana and the chocolate peanut butter. I'll be trying the Rocky Road and cake batter (coming soon) tonight.

You can take as little or as much protein as you want depending on your needs. I have 2 scoops a day. 1 tub has 80 servings.

Hi PerectBody, thank you for your reply. Because you know about the stuff, I would need your advice. Every time before the training, normally, I am training whether after lunchtime or when I finish work. Often I feel fatigue and while I exercise, I yawn a lot. I’ve tried to drink some energy drinks or a coffee but it makes me very hyper that I can’t catch my breath. As well, it makes it difficult to do the cardio. Any suggestions please.

Try working out in the morning, im finding it hard to go to the gym in the after noon because of the same problem. But when i train in the morning its great. The only problem is i have to try and sleep by 10pm which can be hard.
If your having issues with supplements that contain stimulants then look for stimulant free ones. We have one called Lucidrol (Advanced Muscle Science Lucidrol - PerfectBody Supplements) which has no stimulants. Other than that there are many factors about why your tired such as diet, sleep. I'd suggest posting all your info up and getting all the members here to help you out and try different things.

    Hope this helps.

You are right, working out in the morning is the best time. But as you are saying goingn to bed before 10 it's an issue. Anyway, I've checked out Lucidrol as you've advised. I guess it's worth trying. Have you been taken personally? Any side effects? Thanks heaps.
