    im having my fist mma fight in 3mths:D

    i weight 68.2kg on an empty stomach that 200 grams is muscle:)

    Well i am happy to report after only 5 weeks of training i were able to win my weight / age class and secure the GOLD medal. I competed in gi and no gi and open weight so i would at least get 4 fights. I did lose the other fights on points for 2 and submission for the other one. Learnt from each loss and will work on my weaknesses.
    This is a great sport with mostly great guys / girls and is a killer workout. I would reccommend it to everyone
