:) I've had Hondas, Kawazakis, and Yamahas before. Liked them all. As I have to go through the learner process again, some of the gruntier bikes are out of the question. As a tourer though, as you say, it will suit my purpose.

If I stick with it, who knows, might become one of the Gay Pirates.

Simon, if ya need someone to ride ya bike for ya, i'm ya man. Love the little 600's with the 17k redlines. Beats me why they have more than 4 gears
Z750, was it a Mad Mad special or a newer model. Loved the old skool Kwakas.
BT, the gay pirate look is for anyone not in a power ranger suit buddy, go get some and i kn ow exactly what you mean about the 2 groups not acknowledging each other. I still do the nod to the Harley boys but dont bother about the scooter bunnies.
yeah they think they are above you because they paid $30,000 for their bike, and only ride it once a month (usually a weekend) in perfect weather. And then they call non Harley rides 'posers'.

Sports bike riders tend to believe that Valentino Rossi must have a lap time for their neghbourhood, and they MUST try to beat it.

awsome pics. i want to get my bike license real soon, organising a days training with some mates soon so we get ours all together.

PS. i think that copper in the first lot of pics would get in big shit for not wearing his safety hi-viz vest while out of the vehicle, on a roadway.

i have my licence and used to terrorize the streets with road reg'd dirt bikes, but sold my last one ... now single income & family makes buying a new bike difficult.
