PAY ATTENTION - Awesome deal on that Bullet blender, make shakes in a mug thing

I just checked today's 1-day - One Day 3 Great Deals, Today Only! Daily Deals sale

It included that bullet shake thing that Fadi recommended. I loved the look of it, you put everything in a big mug and make your drink with it.

Normally around $130 - they are selling them for $30 + $5 postage. Already half gone but figured many on here would want to jump for it.

With one of these you can chop, mix, blend, whip, grind and more, all in just 10 seconds! From chopped onions and grated cheese to pasta sauces, you’ll have no excuse for bad food with one of these in your kitchen. With the added bonus of the recipe book you’ll be able to whip up (literally!) anything in an instant. There’ll be no boring dinner parties at your house anymore, because the Amazing Bullet really does some amazing things.

So did I - 2 sets. 9 times out of 10 the website doesn't have anything I want but the other occasions they have really good stuff really cheap. I wanted one of those bullet blender things because I have no blender anymore and if I did - wouldn't bother with shakes due to all the mess.

These ones you can put your stuff in the mug and blend it in there - no mess and no fuss.

The only down side was the towels - I have towels coming out the ear hole but the Mrs wanted new sets.

I don't blame her. You can't go past Egyptian towels. That's actually a really good price for them so you just can't go wrong. Yes. I also bought the blender. Please, stop showing me anything more to do with shopping.

Spacemonkey *snaps fingers* Where are you?

He's offered to hold my shopping bags if you need to borrow him. :)

I have the bullet blender at home... they are useless for chopping onion and herbs and stuff, but are perfect for protein shakes. I bought it for about $140 a couple of months ago dang nabbit!

    Great site though CB!

Sorry Beeman - I almost bought 2 thinking could sell one for $60 on ebay and therefore have mine for free - but didn't.

and yeah Croft - I have done that a couple of times. I get some good priced bike stuff from Torpedo7 and they own this 1-day site. So I got an invite to their mailing list the day they opened.

I got a roller coaster thing for my son AND an electric car racing set last December for my son's christmas present - under 60 combined.

You seem to be missing my subtle refusal.

    Thanks for the link ClownBoy!

As for the onions, well mine is the original Magic Bullet, but pretty much the same thing, with just a different name depending on where you buy it (BigW had the entire set with a different name for $49 at one stage). Mine has no issues with onions chopping nicely, its all in which blade you choose and what method you use (pulse, tap, blend etc). My only issue is managing to get a clean blade or cup when I need it, seeing as the boyfriend worked out how wonderful it is for protein shakes & my dishwashers (9 & 12 yr olds) have dropped two of the cups and cracked the lip and handles on them.

Oh and if you manage to make something leak and overflow, quickly remove the cup or jug from the base, unplug the base from the wall, turn upside down on a piece of kitchen paper and let it drain. I have even had to run the base under the tap when milk went right through it, then let it dry for two days upside down and a day up the right way, it works just fine & has survived nearly two years with kids and boyfriend using it several times a day.
A Dolphin is sleek & graceful, yet brutally strong & efficient. This is my goal! Dollfinn!
