    I didn't see much of the first 2 series but decided to check the 3rd out. I watched a lot of it but didn't enjoy it much. The narration was annoying and I agree that the side stories were pointless. It seemed like they tried to fit all these different pieces together but it lacked rhythm and the style was offputting.

    Blue Murder is a much better written and acted Aussie crime drama. Like Joey87 I avoid most Aussie films and TV as time and again i've been disappointed but Blue Murder and Two Hands are two I'd watch again and I'm not particularly interested in the genre but they are quite well made.

    As for Cocaine Cowboys, that is crazy what went on there. The total lack of respect for human life is astounding in some situations.

    I LOVED Blue Murder and have it on DVD. Now that's a movie that is quite factual. There's a small series called Scales of Justice. I haven't been able to get my hands on it but it has been recommended. Enjoy. :)
