Another one of mine in the same estate is vacant.

6 years old, 2 story, 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, lock up single garage, bit of a yard. Air con. Gated estate with 4 pools, 2 tennis courts. Walking distance to Strathpine train station which is 36 minutes from Central Station on the Caboolture line.

Very negotiable. They are currently advertised for $334, my previous tenant was paying $320. I am happy to do it for $280 if I can get someone on board reasonably quickly.
