Thread: Movie Quality Editing Program??

Hey peoples,

Does anyone know of a program that allows me to edit the quality of an .avi file so that it becomes a smaller file?

The scenario is that I have a couple of .avi files that when converted through Nero will not fit onto a 4.7Gb DVD, what i'd like to do is reduce the movie quality slightly so the file becomes small enough to fit, any suggestions?

DVDFab will shrink any file to fit it to disc. DVD Santa also should do what you want.

winavi,you need to tamper with the settings,

I use nero and it has a section in there that u can edit the quality!!

I know what you mean, doesn't seem to be doing what I want it to though...

hey mino, i download that winavi to convert the movies i downloaded to dvd files... only problem is i get writing in the middle of the screen.. any way of getting rid of that without having to pay for the program??
