Wait for it...
Yep saw NEW MOON - good story line and well presented on film, that buff 'wolf boy' impressed quite a few.
Watched Twilight New Moon tonight. That is some cheesy shit, I wanna know who Bella is gunna date in the next movie. She's had Vampire & now Werewolf, what next? Big Foot... I've watched just about every Vampire movie that's come out; classics like the Blade & Underworld series's, From Dusk Till Dawn, Interview with a Vampire etc. In all the years I've never seen such pussy-arse emo Vampires & Werewolves as in New Moon. I mean Vampires are meant too have some game; this is the second movie & neither of these dudes have been able to bang that chick. What's the point of living for 600 years if your gunna have blue balls the whole time?![]()
ROFL!!! My g/f went and seen it with her friends the other night and really liked it, but apparently it "wasnt as good as the book"I couldn't care less, at least I didn't get dragged along to see it. Although last night she mentioned that she would like to see it again, which means I may end up seeing it
While she was out watching that crapola, I stayed home and watched the old 80's movie "Wall Street". What an awsome movie! Loved it! I also hear they are making a sequel which should be out sometime next year, looking forward to it!
Invictus
Directed by Clint Eastwood, starring Morgan Freeman as Nelson Mandela and Matt Damon:
Wall Street is a classic. Love that scene where Charlie Sheen tap's that model in the back of a limo. I know guys who made lifelong career choices when they saw Wall Street back in high school. I don't see how a sequel could ever be as epic as the original. Apparently Shia LaBeouf has signed on as has Michael Douglas. Original Wall Street director Oliver Stone is making it, so fingers crossed it's a decent film.
The film is set 20 years after the first film, in June 2008. Gordon Gekko (Michael Douglas) has just been released from his prison sentence of 20 years. Despite initial attempts of Gekko trying to warn Wall Street of the soon-to-be economy down-fall and stock market crash no one believes him due to his now defaced image in the financial world. Gekko then decides to re-focus his attention to rebuilding a relationship with his now-estranged daughter Winnie (Carey Mulligan).
Due to the time apart (because of his prison sentence), and the fact that Gekko is blamed for his son Rudy's suicide, Winnie avoids any contact with him. During this same period in time, young Wall Street trader Jacob's (Shia LaBeouf) mentor (Frank Langella) unexpectedly dies, and Jacob suspects his hedge fund manager (Josh Brolin) of being involved in his mentor's death. Jacob, who is Winnie's fiance, wants to seek revenge, and agrees to team up with Gekko for help; in return Jacob agrees to help Gekko repair his relationship with Winnie
Sounds good to me. Release date in the US is April 21, 2010. Hopefully we get it not long after that.
