Anyone else seen the HBO series True Blood? First series was good, just watching the second series now as it airs in USA. I'd recommend it, even though it does cash in on the whole Vampire thing going on at the moment, but more adult then Twilight.

yeh starrted getting into it... stopped watching it though as i had no time and sorta lost interest... they've been showing series one on foxtel over and over again and i think series 2 is starting on foxtel in the next couple of weeks or has already started, saw it advertised...
been getting stuck into chuck lately... awesome show... also waiting for season 2 of sons of anarchy to start again... thats a good show...
saw road trip: Beer pong.. lol... if you like the stupid college comedy then you'll like this...i enjoyed it cause i didnt have to think to much about whats happening...
also saw Balls Out: the garry houseman story... like above stupid humour... if you like sean william scott then you might like this...
also watched an old movie but still think it's gold.. Home Alone..
finished watching season 8 of smallville and cant wait til season 9... it's getting closer to him becoming superman... i like how they've brought in the legion of superheroes and are starting to form the justice league...

Pelham 123 - Great cast, decent action but it's all been done before.

Saw Fast and the Furious 3 on the weekend. Another movie with the script built around the stunts/effects, terrible acting but at least the action kept going and the stunts were pretty cool. Pity I'd already seen the best stunt as a preview at the cinemas. 4/10.
Agreed the 1974 original staring Walter Matthau is much better.
finally watched the final rambo,typical rambo scenario and full of blood and violence,
absolutely loved it,and sylvesters toughness in it is awesome,
yeh awesome movie i agree, maybe one of the best rambos...

Nu Image/Millennium Films has given the green light to the fifth installment in the "Rambo" franchise, with Sylvester Stallone starring and directing, repeating his duties from 2008's Rambo.
Variety says the storyline for the fifth film revolves around Rambo fighting his way through human traffickers and drug lords to rescue a young girl abducted near the U.S.-Mexico border.
The production will start in the spring."

Call me old school but IMO the original first blood is the best in the series. Probably had the lowest budget, but good story counts for a lot. I can still watch part 1 after all these years, don't know if I could say the same for any of the sequels.
For any Stallone fans who haven't seen part 1 it's a must watch.
We went and saw this tonight instead of training.....I love John Travolta....he always plays a great baddie.....
