Changeling - 8.5/10
Perhaps drags on a bit in the end, but still nonetheless a gripping drama. Don't want to give too much away
Revolutionary Road - 7/10
Kate Winslet overacts for me, and i guess I simply didn't find it that profound or intriguing
wind in the willows does it for me everytime
this is going back a yr or 2 but have any of yall seen freedom writers?
yeh thought it was a top movie...
for thos of you who havent seen 'the uninvited' i highly highly recomend.. make sure not to get confused with 'the unborn' which aslo just came out on dvd!!
took my lil sis to see ice age the other night... wasnt as funny as the first 2... and there was no logic to the movie... and yes i know its a kids movie but how dumb do they think kids are lol... i'd give it a 5/10.. gave me a few laughs...
I havn't got a link to this but i do know that what i have heard is 100% correct - Bigger Stronger Faster to be made into a feature film.
Supposed to be more indepth and a little more uncensored.
watched "drag me to hell",first half of the movie was awesome and kept me into the movie but then when the ending came,i must say i was dissapointed,i really expected something better,
also watched "sex drive",its a comedy about a college kid wanting to meet up with a chick on the internet,i enjoyed it.
im really looking forward to "pelham 1 2 3" with john travolta and denzel washington
also watched "love you man",movie is a romantic comedy with a few hilarious moments in it,didnt mind it at all,
basically its about a guy whos getting married but most his life hes had girfriends and no mates,so hes out on the prowl to find a best man for his wedding,
chicks would dig this film,
It's been a while since the Oscars but i finally decided to watch Slumdog Millionaire and see why it won for 'best picture'. Can someone tell me how it was considered so good? I found it average at best. Surely it won on hype and being something different.
I thought the links to his past that explain why he knows the answers was trite and the story in general didn't interest me a great deal. I really cannot see how it was rated so highly and I'm bitter because I thought the Wrestler was brilliant and I loved every minute of it.
P.S: I have no interest in wrestling whatsoever but thought the acting and filmmaking of The Wrestler was exceptional.
We seen "Hangover" on Sunday. Hilarious! I seriously have not laughed so hard since Old School. Definitely a must see!
My brother is getting married next month, so his buck's party is coming up soon. His fiance always has him on a tight leash, so I sent her an SMS telling her I had some fantastic ideas for the bucks party after seeing Hangover
For some strange reason, she never replied![]()
