    Hey, new member from Melbourne

    Hey people,

My name is Sam and I'm from the South East of Melbourne. I've been going to the gym on and off since I was 16-17. I am now 21 and gaining more and more knowledge on how to achieve my goals. My goals are to get bigger, stonger, leaner (also have more endurance and speed). I am always reading about nutrition and have a true passion for it because I know this is the key for any athlete. I look forward to contributing to this website especially because it's Australian.

So just a quick little intro, any questions feel free to ask.. Time for me to read in the forums!

Welcome & love the attitude re nutrition. Wish more young people felt that way, would mean less future diabetics with longterm hospitalisations due to amputations or strokes/necrotic bodyparts due to circulatory issues/clots etc.

Thank-you for the welcomes.. I've read a few articles.. WOW! Very good informative site with a lot of knowledgeable members.

I'm from Dandenong mate, what about yourself?

Yeah nutrition is awsome. I might write up some articles in the future if they have not been already covered.

I'm at Seaford. Where abouts do you train? Doherty's or Next Level?

I train at Zone Fitness. Nothing special but it's convenient for me.
