just saying Gday to all those on sizematters. I am very new to this forum and looking forward to finding out a bit more about it.
A brief background on myself - my name is Austin (Aust for short), I'm 24 years old and lately I am becoming more and more interested and goal orientated in fitness, particularly muscle building and increasing physical strength and size. My job (Pest Management Tech) can be a very physical one so I am not opposed or unused to physcial activity (I would go nuts if my job was behind a desk all day), and around 2 weeks ago myself and my partner both joined a local gym that is small and just starting out (kind of like us). Our programs are reasonably similar however our goals differ - mine is, as I said above, muscle building and physical appearance, hers is primarily to lose weight (approximately 5kg, she has a wedding coming up) and tone her body a bit more.
I'm very interested in peoples opinions on supplements, and am particularly keen on getting some more info about creatine based products. I don't know very much about them hence I'm keen to read and learn and see if there is something that might suit me in what I aim to do.
Other than fitness my main passion is Ford cars (I am a bit of a fanatic) and Bass Guitar.
I will stop rabbiting on now but nonetheless just wanted to introduce myself.
