CARDIO: usually go for a 5km jog with the dog daily, and good stretches on yoga ball
WEIGHT TRAINING: Monday - Wednsday - Friday
SPORT: Sundays always doing something like footy or swimming
DIET: I can cook some good healthy foods, sticking to high carbs/ protein/ vitamins/ minerals
staying clear of the fatty greazy foods - aiming for lean muscle mass
SUPPLIMENTS: Im taking a range of suppliments and have found them to be helping me alot, from 6am - 10pm
