    G'Day all from ReBorn

Hi im new to the weightlifting scean Im a 31 year old from south brissy who's trying to turn his life arround, hopeing to look and feel better. I have been researching forums for months now and am glad to have found 1 that doesn' talk American, i'v joined SM to get all the help and advise (especialy diet and a workout routine) I can on my journey to a better life so don't hold back on the education or critasism guys, I'm 2 old to make all the rookie mistakes and fumble away blindly. I started my journey 10 months ago when I gave up smokeing and changed my diet from beer and Take Away. I am 168cm and weigh 75kg used to be 60 befor i stopped smokeing I'm enjoying haveing the extra size as i've allwayse bin a light weight, not looking to become huge but want to keep the extra sieze and maybe a little more, just as defined muscle not the fat it currently is and loose the beer belly, don't know my body fat but top abb is only just visible .For the past month I have been training alone Mon,Wed,Fri half hour walk then bag work and free weights all body parts for about 1hr each session 3 sets, 2 sets 15 reps 3rd to exhaustion will join qym soon. Diet 7.30 bowl of nutragrain or weet bix 1 piece of fruit fish oil and a multi V, 10.30 handfull of mixed nuts 1 can tuna and a dozen little rice cracker things, meat (it varries) and salad sandwitch or a curry beef potato and rice, 2.30 nutts and fruit, 6.00 whatever the family meal (spagetty, chicken and sallad, stake and pasta), 7.00 workout, 9.00 2x toast hole grain bread. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISISEM IS ALWAYS WELCOME BUT NO NEED TO BURN ME HARD AS THIS IS A LONG JURNEY AND I'VE ALREADY COME ALONG WAY TO GETTING HEALTHYER IN THE LAST YEAR. Sorry about the essay guy's but ya need the facts in order to give out the rite info i guess. P.S any good alternatives to green vegies as pees brocoly and beens r not for me.
