    hi all,
    name: phil
    age: 24
    training:
    mon: legs
    tues: shoulders, boxing class
    wed: back, bi's
    thur: shoulders, boxing class
    friday: chest, tries
    sat: rest
    sun: rest
    training for strenght and size
    i use the boxing class's as my cardio
    slowly getting my diet on track and understaning nutrition.

    how about full body on mon/wed/fri and boxing on tue/tu?

    2/day is a bit of overkill

    nah boxing for fitness, just really enjoying my time in the gym lifting weights
