Hi Mistake aka Michael and welcome I guess.
Why did you join the forum? What are your goals or why do you train? Is it for size, strength, bodybuilding, sports training?
Do you have any hobbies other than "pumping iron"?
And yeah, I believe you can post in other threads. It's just a rule that you introduce yourself here first.
Well, ive gained a shitload of size already from working out
Currently trying to cut up a bit.
Went from 73 kgs to 85 kgs.
Going to drop to about 80
Right now i bassicly play golf and do muay thai.
Do a couple bands etc and mainly joined for advice etc regarding suppliments and training help..
Different types of training and workouts.
