Hey guys,
My names Huw, I'm 23yrs old and am currently studying Applied Science: Exercise/ Nutrition at UQ in Brisbane. I'm 83kg and 181cm and last BF% was around 10, I workout around 2-4 times a week and do cardio on most days as well (cycling or running). My lifting has been kind of sporadic over the passed few months and I am keen to get back into it.
I came across this website when I was researching supplements. Seems to be a wealth of knowledge which I will no doubt draw upon.
Look forward to meeting some of the members and getting some advice.
