New Girl with soo many Questions :)

    Code:
Hi there, Well if you'd told me a few years ago id be posting in a forum

like this i wouldent have believed it :) But here i am!!!!!!!!!!!

My story started 18months ago i was a whooping 85.5kgs, 159cms tall and the biggest and saddest i have ever been. I was turning 30 in the OCT of 2009 and i didn't want to be FAT and 30 not to mention the many health problems that went with being that weight :( So in the Jan of 2009 i started my weight loss journey, I joined weight watchers and the local YMCA gym and averaged a loss of around 1kg a week some weeks a little more :) I started at the gym 6 days a week form the start! I was quickly addicted :) Fast forward to today i weigh in at around 56ks Still 159cms Tall But strangely gone down a shoe size ..........pmsl :) But a much healthier happier person. I have learned so many things along the way one of the biggest being Just how much respect you should have for your body. Feed it well and you will be well. Feed it crap and that's how you will be CRAP!!! :
So how did i end up here? I Found along the way that i really loved the weight aspect of exercise and it made the biggest difference to my shape. there's nothing nicer than a lean toned body much nicer than waif thin :) So here i am to get as much info and advice from you guys as i can! :) looking forward to getting to know you all

At this point do i need to cut more or can i start to bulk up? And when do start to bulk up then how many extra calories do i need for that i eat around 1200 Very clean calories a day now.

Hi and Well done Leah. That kind of weight loss requires a lot of effort to stay on track. I understand women do it tough dropping body fat too so, it's awesoem to hear a positive succsess story.

I think it would be awesome to see what kind of workouts and diet you used to help other newbie female trainers.

That sounds familiar. I started in October 2008, 1 week before I turned 29 because I realised the following year was 30.

Here's to having multiple mid life crisis - next one scheduled for 40.

Welcome and well done. and I hear you on the shoe size thing - I still wear the same slip on work shoes and everyone can hear me approaching as they slip on and off my feet as I walk. It is amazing where fat gets stored!

As others have already said Leah, welcome aboard and congratulations on a fantastic effort losing all that weight!

I also think it would be great if you could post up some info on your diet and workout schedule for other female trainers who are interested (I have a few friends that definitely would be interested in hearing this from you)..

    Well done again:)
