A little about me:
I have been working out for about 8 months now. The reason i started was because i was hugely overweight at 147kg and knew if i didnt do something about it i would be in trouble. So here i am 8 months later and i have lost 38kg bringing me down to 108.4kg and loving life. I still have a bit to go with my next goal weight being 100kg flat. From here i am looking at increasing calories and thus muscle mass while also trying to maintain lower bf% than i have been previously lol.
This is the main reason i have joined up Size Matters. I dont really know allot about what im going to need to do in order to go from where i am currently, to being bigger and more solid. This is where you guys come into play! lol.
Anyways that's enough about me, but here are my current progress pics.
Me on the left is 142.8kg and on the right is 110.1kg which was taken about 2 weeks ago.

Also if anybody has any tips or anything for me please let me know. I can take criticism and appreciate all the help i get.
