What do you think she does to have a body like that???
You will never look exactly like her, but you can get close! Are you thin or opposite?
Pretty much eat well..
welcome mzgtr - we've already shared some posts in another thread - you've impressed many with some of your answers.
enjoy your stay and there are HEAPS of knowledgeable people here on SM.
I hate to be cynical but she probably does what a lot of models do; starves herself. That and cosmetic procedures. One suggestion, try looking outside of pop culture for your role models. Either of the 2 Aussie girls who just won winter Olympic gold medals would make a much healthier role model.
I just saw my parents having sex, that's the last time I visit that website.
I'm thin I weigh about 55kilos about 5'7. I'm luckey in the way I don't have to watch my diet 100 percent. I would like to change my diet just for the fact to get more energy.
I could never not eat I love food.
She not my role model I just like her body. I don't really have a role model as such but I do admire people who have bad accidents in their choosen sport but still bet the odds make it big and the people who never give up on their dream even when people tell them its not worth it.
As I have recently had a bad accident and had a bolt put into my hip and the damage so bad that I may need a hip replacement in a year as my hip may die. So I'm out of action for a long time that why I have found this forum. I must say hopping on one leg and not be able to weight bear is bloodly hard work. When this injury happened 3weeks ago I could not hop around the safeway without a rest and now I can hop around and not feel tried. Yes I have silly goals on my crutches hehe
In 4weeks I can hit the gym so I have to get all the tips so I can do all the right things
This can be a common misconception too. My g/f's physique is very similar to the one pictured above (without the fake ones or tattoos). She certainly doesn't starve; she eats quite well (except for slightly over-indulging in chocolate!) and goes to the gym two to four times per week. She occasionally gets comments from ppl about her weight or telling her to eat more, often from ppl she doesn't even know very well. Imagine walking up to a fatty you hardly knew and telling them to put down the fork, I'm sure it would go down well.
Sorry, I've gone a bit off-topic. But my point is that many ppl who have a physique like the one pictured above eat well and are quite healthy - but I'm sure that there are some that starve themselves too.
Hey welcome. If you want that body me thinks dieting will need to be researched. It is two different paths, to look that way and to look that way and be strong. I am not saying you cannot be slim and fit, it just takes dedication. The other option is to starve and inject at various sites.
Hey I want to look that way and be strong. Which is going to take hard work.
