    Hi Guys

    Hi All

As I getting a bit old to compete in my favourite sports (Soccer & Kickboxing) I have decided to finally embark on a bodybuilding journey, which is something I always wanted to do but never got round to.

I have been training with a personal trainer for 6 weeks now, doing a mixture of cardio & weights to shed the excess body fat, and then hopefully start building muscle after 12 weeks.

All is going well except for the fact that I can't shift this beer gut, despite not having drunk for 4 years

    Any advice would be welcome.

For the record I am 43 years old and live in Ningi, near Bribie Island QLD.

    Cheers

    Dave

    Welcome mate.

I am sure you have worked out by now that your gut has nothing to do with your consumption of beer, rather its your overall bodyfat level.

LOL Yeah Tim that has now become obvious to me.
