Hey
Ive been browsing the forums a fair bit since my hubby introduced me to the site and although i dont really have any knowledge to share i figured it was better to introduce myself rather than just be a lurker, so here i am :D
I decided that 2010 is going to be my kick start to a new healthy body/mind, im looking to lose around 10 kgs by cleaning up my diet, eating more veges and salads etc and working out atleast 3 times a week in the gym (mainly cardio but weights will definately be included).
Looking forward to being part of size matters :D
