Hello all!
I am turning 15 this year. I live in Queensland and love all things team sport. But right now I'm a bit on the 'extra luggage' side of the bodyshape-o-meter and I hoping to change that. Not only do I want to cut off this mass I call my stomach but I'm looking to build up muscle strength as my main sport, Rugby Union, requires a lot of strength. I do not necessarily want to look like a completely ripped freak show, but it is more about strength rather than anything else.
Fitness is also something I really need to work on.
My goal is to use tips and hints I get from the Size Matters Community and use it to get my self strong, fit and a little fit looking and hopefully make that rugby rep team I'm dieing to play for.
