    howdy

hey guys names memphis.live in good old ctown sydney and found the site thru google.quick rant about me dont want to bore u guys to much.as a kid i used to be a little runt,u could see my ribs very clearly.im now 25 and have a son.ive been into weight lifting for a while but never a serious lifter.started about 8-9 months ago and food posioning took me out and hit me hard back to around 50kgs.last 3 months give or take a few weeks im back to 75-80kgs.seeing alot of muscle shape and muscles ive never had,my wings are growing(lats).ive put on 3-4 inches on my biceps 1.5 of that being in the last 2-3weeks.legs are pumping.im not big(yet) but i am out to prove to myself that i can do this.im about to become a personal trainer and i am a full time martial arts instructor.i started out in my garage with a second hand bench off ebay(hyper extension) and have upgraded to my third bench a week ago.i have now moved from my garage to a little 7x4m shed i have built in my back yard.dug a 8-10 ton hole on my own with a little help from a mate of mine and brother(to level the back yard).the sheds decked out with everything i need atm,i have my bench, alot of bars.dumbell rack.squat rack, dips machine.lats machine(cost me 99c on ebay),spin bike, carpet.mma mats for my students.wing chun dummies as i teach jeet kun do and wing chun.i have built my own weights tree to save money to hold my 500kgs of weights,my own torso twister type machine.and dumbell rack all to save money and i enjoy seeing what i can build and weld up with my $69 welder from supercheap lol.ive got cameras in and outside my gym(being campbelltown and sydney) and a german shepard in the yard lol.full surround sound and lcd screen for movies and video clips while i workout.i havnt seen huge massive gains since working out but i have seen gains im happy with considering from what i come from and the stuff i used,my whole setup was cheap and im very very happy with having my home away from home.im stoked with it and with lifting.i have only ever been on diff shakes which i found hard to take but pushed myself to take them.have sorted out my diet and on the right supplaments.all natural, never had an alcoholic drink or drug or smoke in my life.its a journey that will take a lifetime and im happy to do that.im getting there slowly and am very excited.dnt get me wrong theres been times where i couldnt be bothered to workout in winter in the garage on my own but its not meant to be easy so i pushed myself out there with a beanie and jumper ,i have wanted to quit when my garage peeked 50degrees this summer but i went out there with my partner and we lifted and lifted hard.im very commited and commited to do it natural just the way i am.wanna show to myself and my son and wife and people think i cant do it that i can do this and im loving it,im addicted to weight lifting and equipment, always looking at wats out there.

    Welcome.

Hate to be picky, but some spacing, punctuation, and formatting would help your posts be more intelligable. :)

    Cheers

Ha ha once a teacher, always a teacher!

Welcome C.A.M.P.! Your home gym sounds great.

Actually T2 is right about the punctuation - and there is more punctuation in your username than your post!
