Hi everyone,
I've trained on and off for many years and the last 12 months have slipped by without too much in the way of exercise and diet.
Long story short is that I'm 2 weeks into a new training program and my number 1 goal is to shed unwanted fat and get my overall body weight down to 80kg.
I started 2 weeks ago at 89.1kg and today I'm at 86.4kg. I want to lose fat without losing muscle mass. I have been using the CKD which I discovered on this forum at the start of the year.
I am exercising regularly between weights and cardio and martial arts training. My main issue is with diet. I'm finding it hard to find foods to eat at breakfast. Bacon and eggs sound good at the start but I'm getting sick of eggs. I know the CKD has been covered but is there some advise you guys could give me to improve my chances of sticking to it?
I also think that once I get to 80kg I will want to shed even more fat. At 185cm what is considered a good weight for high definition/very low BF?
Anyway, thanks in advance for the relplies. BTW I'm from Brissy too. Westside.
