My name is Louis. I'm 49 years young, and have joined SM because I think it will be a fantastic forum to share information about training. Its also great that its an Austrailian site (Not that there is anything wrong with overseas sites). I'm really looking forward to tapping into the vast experience that you guys have.

Sportsworld , there are a couple more SM,ers up here aswell. Where abouts do you train.

I train at Genisis, usually at the erlville gym. Since they have expanded its become very busy, especially around 5pm. I hear that Sportsworld has become a 24 hour gym. Is that a fact?

Yep 24 hr through the week. Normal hours on the weekend. Which I think is a great acheivment 4 a place like cairns. I guess all we have to do is support it and it will stay that way.

I only just made the jump from 6 yrs of Muay Thai training to weights last week............ and actually joined a gym. Sportsworld

Hay guys im new here seen this thread so wont bother starting my own lmao, im from cairns orig also moved to the goldy became a PT, now im living back up at mission beach. looking at maybe opening a gym some time in the new yr.
