Hi All
Alec from melbourne , have been involved in weight training many years on and off , now only train with light weights high reps basic routine just to keep active and toned , training at my mates place danny a past 6 times MR victoria plus other titles,
i train 30 mintues no breaks , training three times a week with a good diet no junk food and plenty of sleep ,
well guys looking forward to all the interesting information on this forum , and i may find some thing that will help me to improve my work outs .
