    I'm new user libertymusic hi!

    Hi there

I have a pretty big interest in learning about how to get trim and taut. Have read a few books on the topic, done some moderately successful body building a couple years ago, but then slipped into a lax and lazy mode. Last month have been doing mainly aerobic and resistance workouts feeling good. Have tried crash dieting and discovered they are epic fails. So I have learned more about how to get fit and lose weight the healthy way. Wanting to learn more about how to keep in shape and keep motivated. Looking to drop about 20kg fat and increase 10kg in muscle which would put me right on 100kg. Please help!

Good intro mate, nice to have you aboard...

First bit of advice would be to get into the diet section and have a good read through some of the posts, my first point of call would be the "Nutrition with Milos" sticky and have a watch of the movies there...
Today I will do what you won't so Tomorrow I can do what you can't!

Welcome to the madness :-) Great to have you here.

A good start would be to post up your diet i.e. what you eat and at what times. Also post up what your current workout looks like and your stats: age, height, weight and whether you're a chick or a bloke :) That will give us a good place to start with advice.

Also, do a search on fat loss and bsaic workout routines. This place is a mine of information.

Shoot me right now, kinder by far. Or run me down in a big shiny car.

Thanks to size matters for being an information source and a motivation. I am sticking at it and seeing some good gains. I am concluding that good results can be gained by doing a couple of full body workouts per week and going hard, real hard, for 45 mins every 3 days. Any opinions on this?

If you're getting good results, then keep it up. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

What drums do you play? Two of the younger guys who work for me have gotten right into African drumming. It's like there addicted, which is great.
