Hi, My name is Sergio,
I had always been fat, since i Remember..
@ 13 years old I started loosing weight, Badly, Rapidly and counting calories,
But my workouts where Intense, Even though I had not mch energy,
I didnt gain any muscle, But I lost allot of fat, I had 14% body fat.. but no muscle at all..
I started learning about nutrition, and Tried allot of Diets allong the way, tweak them so it would meet my demands..
@ 17 my Nutrition knoledge was diverse, although I couldnt figure why I lacked energy, and my muscles didnt grow that fast..
I thought it was just lazyness, and worked out every day. different body parts. on my own room, either jmping Rope for Cardio, Push, Pull, Lunge, Heavy lifting (stuff around the house.. 1 hour every day since I was 13..
@ 19 I tried different aproaches, like Carb cycling, allong with more cardio, Seemed to work a bit, although High carb days where Tiresome,not rewarding..
Im currently 20 years old, I look 13. °-_-
I heard about this Metabolic Typing from Undergrownd Wellness at youtube. About Raw milk, Aspartame, Sucralose, sodium, etc ^^
Researched it, took a free test, and The tables have turned, It seems I must eat more, purine proteins with fats, and almost no carbs..
I Gained Nice muscle, At last..
