15 min is normally sufficient try 15 sec 90-100% 30 sec 60-70% then so forth and work up to 30 sec 30 sec then 1 min flat out 1 min maintinence 15 min shoudl see you crawling if done right and have burned alot of cals and keep the metabolism up for the next day or two search on here there are some good posts and threads about it and more indepth .
