    Fast oxydation and bodybuilding supplements

    Hi everyone!
My name is Martin. I'm 29 and I've some questions about my metabolic typing.
I bought the book and did the test...Mixte type, para.

I did the test online, Fast oxydation dominant.

I love to train and want to lose fatand gain lean muscle mass. But according to my profile, I can't take Whey protein !!!?????

I just want to know if whey protein isolate will make a difference or if I should stay with the allowed food list they give me? The online test don't give me anything about ratio (protein, carbs and fats)

And what about creatine, glutamine and BCAA????

Thank you so much for your help.

Marty, i'm a FOD too and tolerate whey fine. in fact i tolerate all protein pretty well. Its the carbs that dont agree with me.

As far as supps go, most are based on Amino's which should be fine in my opinion. Certainly Bcaas and Glut go well with me

    hope that helps
