Question Fast Oxidizer, Pre, post w/o, Before bed ?¿

I have not made the metabolic typing test yet, but I know for sure im a Fast Oxidizer, Im hungry all the time, and Basically Im not hungry once I get my Red meat or cheese on me.

Ive tried beeing balanced, but Oatmeal,Veggies or.......... "Carbs" in short exceeding small ammounts Make me tired, and either more hungry or not hungry at all, making me feel bloated and gasy =_=.

I dont know what to have pre or post workout..
    or before bed.
beeing a fast oxidizer, I know I can just have whey protein.
But I dont know at what hours I can consume some carbs..

    Thanks in advance!

    Interesting first post.

I'm sure others will have more to say on the specifics of your post, but perhaps an introductrory thread would be helpful?

    Cheers

Yes, a thread telling us in 100 words or less your life story :)

There's a New Members area New Member Introductions - Size Matters | Australian bodybuilding, health, nutrition and fitness forum for letting us know a bit about you. Helps when offering input if there is some background knowledge.

    Cheers
