    Thought i might as well

Ok well I figured I should give it a go and do the test........
    drum roll please people

    Fast Oxidation Dominant (of course)

I don't know how i'm going to go eating meat for breakfast, especially for a person who grew up primarily vegetarian, but it does certainly explain why carb meals last about 15mins in my system (sorry too much info there)

Well I will give it a go and see how the body reacts, I think you're right Jesper about most people drawn to bodybuilding being fast oxidation, muscles have never been an issue for me to build!!

Will let you know how it goes

    Thanks Belmont,
like i said being brought up primarily vego it has been difficult enough to implement tuna & chicken into my meals as i am used to simply having rice/pasta & fresh veges for most meals so putting more red meat in is a major lifestyle change for me.
I have no 'issues' with eating meat it's just not something i'm used to and unfortunately i'm not particularly fond of the taste either.

I am however fully prepared to make the change and see how my body reacts as I know my current carb based diet doesn't agree with me internally.
It will take a bit of experimentation with foods i think but i'll report back on my progress and let you all know how i go.
