    Balanced Dominant

These are my results from the online MT test:

    35% SYMPATHETIC
    32% BALANCED
    31% PARASYMPATHETIC
    50% SLOW OXIDATION
    49% FAST OXIDATION

This makes me a balanced dominant (don't i feel like a black sheep around these parts :))

Ideally, what would my macro percentage goals be here in regards to protein/carbs/fats it was not obviously apparent to me from the results other than it saying to keep everything balanced. Does this mean an even one third split across the 3?

    Thanks DAVA much appreciated :)
But 50% carbs scares me, i'll have a play around with diet and post up the progress.

I'll be very interested to hear how a balanced dominant diet works for you

I was surprised when i got that particular result, not what i expected at all. It's made a big difference eating from the food list supplied with the result, but i didn't have an idea as to the macro breakdown, so it should be interesting to see the results with a more opitmal macro breakdown.
