More problems.. does it ever end

All because of this leg problem I get more problems. Now I have developed tennis elbow, my lower back kills all the time because it is so tight and I get constant head aches.... So over it...

    What to do???

Should I just go to physio twice a week???

What is up with your leg?

What do you think has caused the subsequent problems?

Well due to not being able to weight bear and its now been 7 weeks or more. So being on crutches and having all my weight on my arms has caused this pain on the left side of my arm like a pinching inside my arm. My physio came today and said I have tennis elbow. When she massaged it made this gross sound and killed.

Also because I'm hopping on crutches with a slight lean to one side so I don't put weight on my bad leg has caused bad lower back pain.

I don't know what to do.. Any suggestions??

No suggestions mzgtr, but this might cheer you up a bit :

A man entered the bus with both of his front pockets full of golf balls and sat down next to a beautiful blonde. The puzzled blonde kept looking at him and his bulging pockets, Finally, after many glances from her he said "It's golf balls". Nevertheless, the blonde continued to look at him for a very long time, deeply thinking about what he had said. After several minutes, not being able to contain her curiosity any longer, she asked "Does it hurt as much as tennis elbow?"

just go to physio is never the answer...

legs - do a supine single leg hip extension to get your glutes firing which will a - take pressure of your stance side lower back and b - get your rehab started for your non wt bearing leg

YouTube - Pilates on Fifth Video EP 38: Prone Leg Lifts

shoulder - move it...you've got it stuck in internal rotation holding those crutches all day...do some external rotations with very light / no wts as well as some wall slides...also get a massage

YouTube - Monday Minute: Scapular Wall Slide

also get a foam roller or a rolled up towell or something and do some thoracic extensions

    see how these go

I would also recommend a Remedial Massage Therapist to assess and treat you to resolve the muscle pain and promote circulation.
