    Gas ?!?

Got a bit of a funny question,

but its been getting alot worser for me lately,

i cant really pin it to a time, seems worse at night, but I just cant stop the gas,

the only thing ive really changed is eating more protein, and changed protein powder?

Im not going to stop taking my protein supps, so is there anyway else to cure or prevent it, and im talking at night like once every ten minutes.......

any natural remedies or cures, my gfs on my case hard. it doesnt bbother me to much, but i like peace

a high increase in protein will do that to you.

got to let your body get used to it.

    C_T is right re protein.

I have heard charcoal tablets will sort you out, never tried them myself though.

Mate same comment lastnight from the other half, lol
any idea over what period of time it takes for the body to adapt to the excess protein.

Ive heard about these charcoal tabs, may have to give them a crack for some inner peace.
