I have 10 days ago been put on slow release T3 for reverse T3 dominance syndrome (Reverse triiodothyronine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).
My doctor said potential side effects were raised blood pressure and pulse if the dosage is too higher.
My pulse has stayed the same (45-50), but my blood pressure is considerably lower.
After exercise on thursday, I felt faint and it had dipped to 100/40. The bottom reading still frequently hovers in the low 50's.
Previously, my BP was the 'textbook' 115/75.
Any idea why this could be happening. Isn't T3 meant to increase metabolism? Does lower BP suggest the reverse
