Thread: Diagnose me!

ok just making my own thread cause it "rude" to ask questions in the threads of others.
ok i dont know whats up with me. i am 23, i have the energy level of a retired old man, i am always tired, no matter how much sleep i get, when i do go to bed takes me at least and hour to get to sleep. once i do i sleep like a log... but i wake up tired, like i never slept.

i have constant tremors. i am always feeling stressed and under pressure. i have had lots of issues in the past dumped on me, which i never recovered from.

i have had blood tests done many times. my test is in low end of normal, but it is still low for my age, according to my research it is at the levels of a man in his 60s. i have low iron levels which dont make sense, i have a low platelette count and my cortisol levels are a little high. i have been told i have depression but i refuse to believe that, though i am aware i have low confidence and self esteem and poor self body image.

There is no issue with you posting in other threads mate, just be aware of hijacking. Furthermore, I won't "Diagnose" you, as that's not my role. I will advise you to the best of my knowledge and ability, as I have had significant experience in alternative approaches to illness and unusual problems. Nevertheless, I hasten to add that this is advice only. What you do with it is up to you.

You do seem to have some similar presentation to Simon, so I'll just ask that you wait to see what is posted in his thread, before I may have to repeat the same information here.

I understand your frustration and the search for answers, but I'm asking for your patience and understanding. If there is something in Simon's thread you need clarified, ask it in that thread.
