    Low testosterone

I have had 2 testosterone tests (I have never used aas), one I'm below the normal range and one I'm on the bottom of it.

No wonder I have made little progress in bodybuidling.

Doing any legal products have any chance of making me have normal testosterone?

Or to make progress do I have to make the plundge into aas?

Do you know why you have low test levels, look at the reasons why your levels are low first and then supplement to fix that.

this sounds much like my experiences... and because you are young (assuming you are like me ?? ) they should be higher, but they are in the low range of normal but the doctors wont help you because you appear healthy... i hate it so bad. they refuse any option of further searching as to what will be or could be causing the lowered test levels... they just brush it off in fear that you are trying to scam steroids out of them.

I have no sex drive (as in none), very low energy, but look healthy. And the doctor just wants to attribute my low testosterone to depression - because I have had chronic headaches for 3 years which have ended my law career "and therefore in his words I am depressed"
bro exaclty like me! i have no sex drive what so ever, i am always ALWAYS tired, and my doctor says because i have depression it would make my test levels low.

    It really sucks

From late 2005 I have had no energy, chronic headaches etc.

In late 2004, I took finasteride until 2007.

No doctors attribute my current problems to this but I have my doubts (I was going bald in 2004 - funny since stopping finasteride, which worked to keep my hair, I have maintained the hair).

Attached is an example of my current phyisque.

Whilst I'm not big by any means, it seems to make doctors skeptical about treating me

Yeah no one in forums believes I'm 26 lol

You can imagine why at 22 I freaked out when I appeared to be going bald.

The fact that finasteride has kept working 2 years after stop taking it makes me believe its the cause of my low T.

The thing is I seemed to have platued quickly. But my Dad when he was younger was a real beast - presumably he normal T.

At 5'6, 74kg, training for judo, he could bench 150kg, squat 200kg. He can still row more than me lol (shoulders/knees are too fucked to do heavy squats/bench)

It sucks how doctors would blame depression for the low T.

I mean low T can cause depression.

Moreover, if u are depressed and administering T makes you feel better, what it is the difference between getting admistered T and an anti-D. I have tried 2 anti-D's to see whetehr they made me feel better (lexapro, and citalopram). The latter did nothing (but I was only on for 4 weeks) the former made me slightly less anxious, but I lost significant strength (bench went from 110kgx5 to 70kgx5) and gained 2% bf over 4 months

wow man i can relate. i been on anti depressants since last year and all they do is slow me down i feel dopey... and like my thoughts go slower. but same i have hit a plateau virtually since i began. my father is huge, he never gone to a gym but he is built like a brick wall. yet myself i look stick thin, carry excessive body fat no matter how much i do cardio and eat virtually nothing. and yet they happily give out antidepressants that screw with your head but wont give out test... i think i am depressed moody and emotional because of low test. things never used to worry me. now i am take everything personally always. that being said though your lifts sound huge still. i am lucky to bench 80Kg...

AH thanks but my bench is easily my best lift, although I'm decent at pullups/dips.

I mean I squat only a bit more for eg, and on some exercises (overhead presses, any shoulder/arm exercises) I'm very weak.

For reps of 5 its about
110kg bench (i have once done 120kg, but am weaker ATM for some reason)
    115kg squat
    130kg deadlft
    50kg overhead press
    80rkg row
    50lbs weighted wide pull ups.

    I weigh 70kg
