Since I started the cream, life has been fab.

I have had a series of blood tests this year because of liver enzyme elevation.

For whatever reason, these have all cleared up on testogel, and my cholesterol has fallen significantly 5.2-5.5 to 4.2

Not sure why the former occurred, but i have read that low T elevates cholesterol.

Am curious as to whether it goes down further on a higher T dose.

Well, cholesterol is needed to produce test, so part of the feedback loop? But then cholesterol levels can be affected by many things. My whole life my cholesterol levels have been very low, and I grew up eating a stack of red meat (and still do), yet my cholesterol levels are below the bottom of the range and have been for years.

The improved liver function maybe the result of ALA.

I realise i took it shortly after the last test and have reasonably often for the last 2 months.

Well, I'd have thought it would do more for improved liver function than raising test levels. I've used it and Milk Thistle for years as a liver protectant.

Yeah I'm glad the ALA may have done the trick as its cheaper than RALA.

As for glucose sensitivity, I don't think its my problem anyway (downing 100+ carbs during/PWO has never caused fat storage for me)

Depends on where you buy your ALA and R-ALA is way more potent.

The only real way to check glucose issues is to have a glucose tolerance test.

I attributed earlier in the year chronic pins and needles to leucine and appear to be mistaken.

I started creatine 4 days ago for the first time since then and have a return of the pins and needles unexpectedly. It's not particularly intense but enough to forewarn me that creatine is not for me.

Sim882, what is the form of the creatine you are taking? Is it in a pre-workout drink that contains other ingredients, such as beta alinine? (which is well known to cause a tingling sensation)

    No its Musashi.

I'm not suggesting people should avoid creatine; this is obviously something idiosyncratic to me.

It can't be psychological because I didn't think creatine had anything to do with it last time.

It's a different tingling also to beta alanine caused, which was more transient.

Because of the impatience with the delay in my next doctor's appointment, which is fact today, I decided to buy novodex and trial it.

I actually think it works and i haven't been on it long yet. I think at my current levels of testosterone its quite easy to feel any boost.

Morning boners and general energy has been quite consistently good the last 6 days on Novodex.

Gaspari's novodex? It's just over the counter. I'm assuming it can't be that "hardcore" to mess up the endocrine system.

I will ask my doctor next week.

I'm trialling Novedex XT right now for my estrogen issues. Blood test in another 4 weeks.
