Yea i've also had mine tested twice once it was 16nmol/L and a second time it was 12-13nmol/L (so that puts me in the 65 to 99 year old range) of course the doctor said this was completely normal. I find this all very sus how doctors don't like anything to do with test everytime i've asked they've made a big deal about it and gave me the 3rd degree.

It's even more intersting how many men are popping up all over the place with low test i mean it's not an uncommon thing yet it's completely being ignored as to why.

Indeed something from our surroundings i've herd on TV males had twice as much test 50 years ago then males today. Probably to do with chemicals in our food like preservitives or the fluride in our drinking water.
In fact come to think of it i think i've herd of fluride being linked to lowering test in young males lol.

Sodium fluride is also the main ingedient in rat poison. Yet for some reason some organisesation forks out money to put this stuff in out water so we can have white teeth.

    Tell me that's not strange

I am not saying caffeine is bad.

But it is not necessarily adviseable for someone with chronic daily headache (see for eg Dr Bucholz "Heal my Headache"). I have given it up for long periods (say 4 months) before with no benefit to my headaches, but I thought if my hypogonadism was the primary cause of my headaches, I really should quit all triggers for the next 6 months to see whether I can get rid of them

(and yes, I have tried ALL migraine meds - who knows I may have to give another shot]

Mondo: female obesity has also increased during this period, and there are no studies to indicate that female Test have decreased.

Also, you can't take that chart to a doctor - it's unreferenced. A referenced chart would be great - I'm still looking for one.

Raaqim, M1CH43L: unfortunately test would quite easily be an abused drug, so it partly explains medical reluctance as we all know.

Perhaps there need to be more clinical trials on its merits for younger guys at the lower end of the normal range.

BPA is in a lot of plastic containers - microwave containers, water bottles, etc. BPA gets released with heating. I never microwave any plastic containers.

BPA has been implicated in a number of conditions, including cancer, but has a profound effect on male fertility, sperm count and serum testosterone. It has also been show to cause an increase in oestrogen in males. Why do we have such an obesity crisis (apart from the obvious - that our society is lazy and has a throw-away mentality).

Think about all the plastic and polystyrene containers we use that get heated: some take-away coffee cups, take-away food containers, microwave containers, drink bottles...

    I have heard this before.

Is there really any chance of undoing the damage though of 26 years of using plastics?
