    Ok.

    Well. At first glance, not a lot to worry about.

    However:
    Urea a little high;
    Fasting glucose is up-ish, well, higher than I'd like;
    Thyroid is ok-ish, but this test does not show what RT3 (Reverse T3) is which will work against proper thryoid function;
    Vitamin D numbers need to be converted to ng/ml to comment on.
    Platelets are obviously an issue.

    So, although there not really the tests you wanted, there's not a lot to be concerned about.

    I would suggest a glucose tolerance test to double check your glucose readings. A single fasting test is not very reliable.

    Did the doc say anything?

    Well, he's half right. In general, there is not much to be concerned about, other that what I've listed. I've converted your D numbers and they are low. The recommended range are blood levels are between 50–80 ng/mL (or 125–200 nM/L).

    The problem is, the other half is all the imortant things not tested. I hate to say it, go to another GP. :(

    Mondo, why do you want to smash somebody so bad?

    Why are you so convinced that there is something wrong with you?
    If you think positively and focus on everything that is good, instead of searching for the bad, then you will be happier with your life.

    Also, the mind is such a powerful tool.
    If you master it, you can achieve anything.

    i think something is wrong because when i wasnt negative and a normal guy bak in 05/06/ part of 07, i didnt get anywhere and i trained hard. and the fact that no matter how hard i push i do not get any of the results i should. when you give you heart and soul into something, it should yield something good.

    Ok, I see your frustration.
    So you are admitting to being negative by this statement:
    when i wasnt negative and a normal guy bak in 05/06/ part of 07

    Your body will definately react and respond differently while you carry this negative attitude.
    You probably lose important energy while negative.
    Why not try to be positive, it's a simple choice to make.

    Why not try, just for one day, to make an effort to keep a positive attitude for an entire day to see how much different you will feel.
    If you make positivity a habit in your life, you will be amazed at how fast your life can turn around and how many opportunities just happen for no reason.

    I hope you do try.

    man i do try always. i wake up everyday thinking how good it is. but come time for the gym i walk in and then suddenly it all goes. the gym atm is the only thing where i end up negative because of all the toss bags there. i hate their guts! just because i dont roid myself up like them they wont spot me or help me, they make their comments at me, backstab me, i hate it. i never did anything wrong to these people other than ask if i could train with them and since then all they have done is make me the tail end of all their jokes, i have been threatened by one guy, and the trainers won't even spot for me but they will gladly run over to the others guys to spot. i just want to be taken seriously by someone there. generally i am not a negative person, till anything about my body or the gym comes up as topic of conversation.

    but back on topic about my bloods too, i want to find out what damage was done to me from prolonged cortisone use.

    Mondo you may have posted this before, but how long were you using cortisone for, and at what age, and what for?

    Mate there can be some serious issues from long-term cortisone use. I assume you've spoken about this with your doctor?

    yeah t2 i have tried heaps and heaps. I did get Cushings disorder from it and then after that nothing was said or done, and I have been back to my and other GPs and because i appear healthy none will test me it pisses me off because i have all the signs of long term cortisone use, thin wrists, no elasticity in my skin, muscle weakness/quick fatigue, etc, but they wont help me out.
