    My 6month progress.. i dont know how well im going.

    edit: Im 7months in.. not 6.

    I started at 114kg and i went down to 90 but have come back to 95 as i kinda slacked on my die a bit but really i think its because i haven't done any cardio in 2 months. I dont think its all fat i have put on, maybe little muscle? im still lifting 4 days a week at a good pace, i love it. Couldnt think of life without the gym at the moment.

    I know i have lost a fair bit of weight but what do you guys think?.. kind of bit down at the moment and need to find the motivation to get back on the treadmill i think.. i hate that thing.

    You loose almost 24lbs but still not big difference in shape, may be the muscle mass, but not shaped well..try taking help from the health practitioner and the exercise trainer, under whose instruction, you may lead a role of fit body..

    Hi Ash01,

    Please don't take this as expert advice, but from what I can see your waist/abdomen area is retaining a disproportionate amount of body fat. This CAN (emphasised) be an indicator of insulin resistance. You can get this checked out by your GP via a fasting glucose tollerance test (takes about 2 hours).

    I'm not sure of your diet, but have a play with removing items that can spike insulin responses, most notably carbs and worse simple carbs. See how your body reacts over a period of time (min 2-3 weeks).
