So it's been a while since I posted an update and I cant seem to find my journal to update there. I figured it was about time to post something here (helps keep me accountable). I reached my initial goal recently of 110kg down from 137.6kg and have gone flying past that now down to 107.8kg with 105 on my mind and then hopefully 97kg where I plan to have a break before doing a 12-18 month bulk.
My cutting diet has been primarily Keto for the most part, and have found the benefits of eating low carbs to be perfect for me both physically and mentally. Now I am starting to research what diet to do for a bulk when the time is right and am looking at either clean bulk, Keto bulk or Anabolic diet. I'm keen to bulk with as little carbs as I can if that is possible? Does anyone have any experience with these and can share their thoughts?
