Thanks for whoever supports me, i know you've read a couple inactive other threads of my previous attempts

I've seen better diets, its 1/2 way between low carb and high carb...

For the next couple days, it will be a protein shake. I'll be creating my own

I've done extreme diets, and i fail because of sustainability.
This is great for me, good food that i love, and just enough to keep me satisfied.
Myst was the one who directed me to the Scivation diet

All power to you. It is important to enjoy your food and feel satisfied. Healthy fats will help with that.

What will be your single digit body weight?

Looking forward to see the progress. Don't forget to take pics, even if only for yourself. Some now then maybe once a week when you do your weigh-in.

IMO, getting ur cals right (pv protein is adequate) is more important than special macros.

Sustainability is a huge factor (IMO) and good on you for working out where you've gone wrong. Good luck.

Jaiman with those shakes at meal 2 and 5, make sure you include a fat source also.

Almonds, Olive Oil or Peanut Butter.

Smash it mate, will be following for sure, imo tho... this does not seem to be anywhere near enough cals for you, your not a small guy!

have you worked out what cal range this will take you to?

Does the sciv diet have you doing any cal cycling i.e carb ups etc?

also yes, dont be shy of the good fats they will help you burn the bad fats.

This diet has a free meal once per week.

To anyone doubting it, I have lost 23kg so far and not an ounce of muscle. I am using this diet leading up to my first bodybuilding show in 27 weeks time.

The meat I have will be the extra cals I have. I might up lean meat 100g or so.
I've done a contest keto before, was fine macros but eating eggs every morning and nuts with chicken. Plain plain plain and boring. That's where this diet is different, I can have avocado that I love. Had half of one last night with lemon juice. Was superrbbb!

Hopefully get to single % by summer, 8 months or more. Then very clean bulk. But, if I gain muscle through this cut then ill stick with it.

Hoping to get to 8%- highest 15%

You guys saw me at my worst weight

That's the beauty of this diet as you say, flexibility and you can eat fruit!

I love waking up and having 100g blueberries with my protein + peanut butter.
