    Whats working for Fat_C*nt

    Hey all.

Before I start I will tell you a little about myself, As a kid I was a fat little bugger up until around the age of 17 when I lost an absolute craplload of weight (25-30 kilos) by way of boxing, cycling(not seriously) and pretty much just mucking around with weights playing footy etc.
At 18 I was looking pretty good at 65-70 kilos with a decent bulk without really working out...During this time I met the sexiest, best looking little lady who I am still with today
Anyways over the last 8 years I have put that weight on with a vengence due to moving to a semi-rural area with no friends etc to work out with as well as being "smitten" over my little missy (She is really really fucking hot by the way).....During this time I just stopped doing anything physical and hence became fat.

I went from being able to do 20+ military chin ups with absolute ease to not being able to do a single frigging one, running for an hour straight without a break to running out of breath walking to the fridge.

So I decided as of about 3 weeks ago I was going to lose it and get back to looking pretty decent, I stopped drinking softdrink, eating fats and started hitting the home gym like a horny "yap-yap" dog hits a visitors leg.

I have lost almost 10 kilos and it's mainly from cutting out a lot of the crap I used to eat, I also drink around 3 litres of water per day which I think has quite a lot to do with it.
I have started eating a hell of a lot more salad and mainly eat either steamed chicken breast (All with different natural toppings) or can tuna based around a rather decent sized salad.

I am only starting to see the difference it is making but boy I can feel it like there is no tomorrow. Before I started the diet and started training I would drink a crap load of coke and was actually feeling weak when I missed my "hit'. I now don't even feel cravings for it and I am now pumped full of energy.

    These are my stats:

    -Male
    -5'10
    -106 kilos
-25 years old as of last month.

Sorry about this post being really poorly written but I am rather tired.

I will keep you all updated on how I am doing

    Cheers

Good man. Careful with the salads, you get quite tired of them after awhile

    Hi mate,
good luck with your fat loss.

On another note, I don't think it would hurt to tone down your language in your posts - I am sure you can get your message across without the level of swearing. I am not trying to be argumentative, but I think most members would appreciate it as a sign of respect.

Good luck with your goals - I'd have thought that at 176cm, 108kg really isn't all that large!

To make a note much the same as Big Tim - You actual user name is pretty offensive - that alone should be moderated.

3 litres of water is way too much. kidneys can't process that much fluid, shouldn't go over 2 a day.

Jaimans right, this has been covered elsewhere but I drink around 10L per day and my kidney values are fine.
