I'm getting back into a nice and steady weekly weight loss pattern and feeling awesome.
I've dropped my 5-3-1 back to roughly 2 days per week. day 1: Squat + Bench press. Day 2: Deadlift + Military press...sometimes i may switch this up (ie squat + military press). I'm aiming for at least 2 HIIT sessions per week consisting of about 20 sprints in 15 mins or less and 2 conditioning sessions a week which will be Crossfit workouts. I have also started bikram yoga and may continue it, if it is beneficial.

oh yeah! oh yeeeeeeah! i did a little experiment this week and cut out all milk and pretty much all dairy...oh how I love it so :(.....but i guess this has been reflected in my loss. just a few more weeks and i can have it back. :)

A little slow this week, but I'm attributing this to muscle gain because i have trained my ass off this week! All good, I plan on reaching my goal by the start of summer...I will then be looking at doing a muscle/strength gain phase.

I have another two years so i feel like ill be there forever. Doesnt matter though because ive waited til forever to actually do this degree. Im always down at Sturt.
