i know why i haven't hit my usual goal, i'm not plateuing, i fell off the rails slightly over the weekend. no point whinging and moaning about it...gotta pick it back up and keep on moving forward, this actually just motivates me even more to stick it out and reach my goal. 9.3kg to go.

Even if you do fall off the rails, try containing it to one meal only, then straight back onto the diet afterwards.

    Keep trucking mate!

ok, so i might be starting to plateau a bit. i'm going to give it one more week until i make any drastic changes. There is no rush though, my measurements have come down a fair bit in the last month which is great.

Great work mate, although I would suggest AGAINST making any drastic changes to anything your doing.

I fid the best approach is to change things slowly and gradually, unless you know exactly what your doing and how you body is going to respond.

All the best and keep up the good work.

cheers mate, thanks for reading. I have made all my progress mainly by cutting carbs and eating more whole type food and less processed crap. I've just downloaded the Anabolic diet pdf and am thinking of starting it, as it is not much different to what i have been doing. will keep my progress posted here.

    weight loss this week: 113.6-113.1 = 0.5kg

weight loss so far = 8.1kg

feeling awesome, bar a few minor injuries. Wendler 531 program is coming along nicely, getting some good strength gains. Carbs are down to 30g per day, looking to become "fat-adapted" as they say. i knw this means increasing overall fat and calories for a small period but i feel i am prepared and am ready to commit to it. will keep everyone posted.

    Week 15 weigh in.

    9/6/2010

    weight = 112kg

    week 1: 121.2kg
    week 2: 120.5kg
    week 3: 119.6kg
    week4: 119.5kg
    week5: 118.4kg
    week6: 117.6kg
    week7: 117.2kg
    week8: 116.6kg
    week9: 115kg
    week10: 114.4kg
    week11: 114.3kg
    week12: 113.7kg
    week13: 113.6kg
    week14: 113.1kg

    weight loss this week: 113.1 - 112 = 1.1kg

weight loss so far = 9.2kg

Very happy with results this week, even though alot of it is probably water weight due to cutting back on carbs. Have upped fats majorly for the last 11 days in an attempt to become fat adapted, carbs have stayed at 30g/day, i crashed a few days ago and i hope this means ihave shifted my metabolism. We will see how things shape up from here. Carb up on saturday.

    Yesterday's Diet:

8am: 4 egg Omelette with lots of olive oil (took a swig straight from the bottle whilst cooking) plus leftover poached salmon (200g) and half an avocado. 4 fish oil caps + multi-v.

11am: 300g lamb mince w/ broccoli and onion ( a tiny bit of soy sauce too). 4 flax oil caps.

snack: black coffee plus handful of walnuts

2:30pm: 250g lamb mince w/ broccoli and onion. 3 fish oil caps.

Pre workout: WPC shake w/ cream. Acetyl Carnintine.

    Post workout: RecoverX aminos.

8pm: 300g salmon fillet plus 80g mixed lettuce. leftover omlette from breakfast. 2 fish oil caps.

    9pm: sugarfree jelly w/ cream.

As of next week i'll be lowering fat slightly (mainly saturated, no more lamb mince...that shit looks evil when you can see the fat that has cooled down) but still keeping healthy fats quite high (olive oil, walnuts, avocado). I will also increase protein very slightly.
