Here's my cheat progression.
bread+brea classy ;)
Pumkin soup + half a ciabatta roll
Spaghetti bolegnese with cheese
swig of milk
creme brule desert.
I am done.. can't fit another thing in.
a cheat day isn't an eating contest.
It's value is (amongst perhaps others):
- to "carb up"
- restore leptin levels
- psychologically coping with dieting.
I don't feel the latter is too relevant to you at this stage in the diet, and you have exceeded what's necessary for the other 2 goals and moreover the C +F combo isn't probably the best either.
Alll that shiz is carbs... !!!!

I have never done keto, but my understanding was that there was a system involved in the depletion workout followed by a specific type of carb up that wasn't to be done half arsed.
